About Us

Walker Parking Consultants was founded in 1965 under the name of Carl Walker & Associates, Inc. In 1982, Carl Walker sold the firm to four of the original partners who renamed the firm Walker Parking Consultants/Engineers, Inc.

 

Since that time, our firm has organically evolved into the largest parking consulting and design firm in the United States with 13 offices, over 300 employees, and more than 8,000 completed parking projects.

 

Over the years, we have seen parking evolve into a central part of the design and implementation of the environments where we live, work, and play. At Walker, our unique understanding of parking and its internal workings has provided us with wide-ranging experience in all aspects of the parking business, including: master planning, operations and management, financial analysis, functional design, engineering/architecture, and facility restoration and maintenance.
