Functional design and structural engineering
Walker provided functional design and structural engineering services for the 700 parking spaces on five (5) levels. The precast, prestressed parking structure was delivered using the design/build process. The façade incorporated architectural stainless steel screening, thin brick, and a large LED screen. Many sustainable elements were incorporated into the garage to pursue a Park Smart Certification.

- Bike parking, bike repair tools, and a tire inflation station
- Electric charging stations
- Photovoltaic panels on the roof
- Efficient lighting and lighting controls
- Sun shading in the stair tower
- Low emitting/fuel-efficient and carpool preferred parking
