1,140 space 4-level precast concrete parking structure

This parking structure was built for employees and guests of the Fidelity Investments Corporate Campus in Smithfield, Rhode Island. The design team excavated a hillside adjacent to the office building and created a tiered design with each of the upper two floors stepping back 60 feet. This succeeded in de-emphasizing the size of this four-story structure lending it a low profile with minimal visual impact. The interior was designed as open as possible to maximize safety and security for its patrons.
