This parking structure is located on the east side of Children’s Way overlooking the 805 Freeway.  There were significant challenges to this site that required additional considerations including severe slope above the 805 Freeway, a sixty foot high permanent soil nail wall, concerns of lighting from the structure spilling over into the adjacent neighborhood, an endangered species at the South East corner of the site, and a podium slab designed to accommodate a future Ronald McDonald House.
