1,389 space 7-level precast concrete parking structure

Walker Parking Consultants performed Prime Architectural/ Engineering Design Services for the seven level, 1,389 space employee parking facility expansion for Tampa General Hospital. The garage façade and color scheme match a new hospital expansion and compliments the rest of the hospital. Four vehicular and one pedestrian bridge connect at each level to the existing parking structures. The top level designed for emergency helicopter landing.

The waterfront site created both construction challenges and opportunities for a new linear City park. The ground level includes a local street right-of-way for pedestrian, bus and emergency vehicle access to the hospital with landscaping and hardscaping to create an inviting accessible route for employees and patients
