1,336 space 12-level cast-in-place concrete parking structure

The parking structure was built over a lower level operating truck dock. The project included a new grade-level truck dock and material management receiving offices. A portion of the structure was also built over a 30' wide drainage culvert. A bridge to the south side of the first supported tier was built to provide exit access to the southern roadway system.

The cast-in-place, post-tensioned structural system is supported by drilled piers and grade beams. Epoxy-coated reinforcing steel with a corrosion inhibiting concrete admixture was used to increase the durability of the structure. High strength concrete was used in the cast-in-place columns. Overall parking stalls are 8'-9" wide at a 70° angle.
