313 space 7-level cast-in-place concrete parking structure

The parking structure is immediately adjacent to an existing furniture store and extends over the street to allow truck access to the store at grade level.   The west facade is a full-height precast fire-rated wall due to the proximity to the existing store.  The northeast stair/elevator tower has EIFS on the north face due to its proximity to the existing law school building.  There is a large storage room under the ramp at the North end of the structure.  There is a "fake" stair tower at the top level at the southwest corner of the structure so as to provide symmetry.
