The car park will comprise three levels served by an express ramp system, so that all parking spaces will be on level floors to enhance wayfinding and passive security.  Two conditioned bridges will connect the car park to the terminal.  At the car park end of each bridge will be an expansive pedestrian core reaching to the far edge of the car park, bringing light and air into the interior of all levels, as well as minimizing the walking distance for users to reach a protected and conditioned pedestrian space.  The car park entry and exit plazas will both be at the top (third) level, and all short term parkers will remain at this level and travel to the terminal via the bridges.  Thus, no vertical travel will be required for this group, either as drivers or pedestrians, resulting in an expectional level of service.
