384 space 4-level precast structural frame with cast-in-place decking parking structure
The City of San Leandro elected to replace the existing parking structure with a new one. Walker Parking Consultants was retained to design of the new structure, which provides 384 parking spaces and includes 2,000 SF of office space on the ground level. The architectural and structural designs for the new structure were developed using the Revit Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
