Steve Cebra is Director of Walker’s International Practice and a Senior Vice President of the firm. He is responsible for expanding Walker’s International portfolio in the Middle East, China and India, servicing as principal-in-charge of numerous high-profile projects in those regions.

Since joining Walker in 1980, he has shared his urban planning expertise on large mixed-use urban developments involving retail, residential, office and entertainment components.
