Frank Transue is Chairman of the Board at Walker Parking Consultants. He has extensive experience in civil and structural engineering, cast-in-place, post-tensioned, pre-cast/pre-stressed concrete, parking consultation, as well as planning parking projects from inception to operation. In addition, Frank has a wide range of experience in project management and office management.

 

Frank is responsible for the overall management of our firm and brings with him 34 years of knowledge in developing parking projects for corporations, retail centers, universities, government, airports and medical institutions.
