Dave Vander Wal has been with Walker Parking Consultants since 1986 and is one of our international experts. At the present time, Dave serves as Senior Project Manager for major projects throughout the United States, Middle East, and Asia and has been specifically responsible for the design of over 100 parking structures. He has extensive experience in parking planning, design, construction engineering administration of new parking facilities, and restoration design for existing parking facilities.

 

Currently, Dave is the lead functional designer and Principal-in-Charge of the parking expansion project at Mohegan Sun Casino, Uncasville, CT. The complex includes 5 Walker-designed parking facilities totaling 13,000 spaces. Other current projects include a 4,000 space, mixed-use parking structure for Dahlian, China; a 2,100 space mixed-use parking structure for Shams, Dubai, United Arab Emirates; and a 4,800 space mixed-use parking structure for New Songdo, South Korea.
