As Director of Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS) Services, Andy Kapeghian is responsible for managing the planning and production of PARCS projects.

In this capacity, he acts as a PARCS planner, designer, and/or project manager on major and complex assignments as required. He also assists Walker offices on projects with specific issues or concerns; participates in an advisory capacity in the planning of PARCS projects in terms of setting direction; monitors the progress of PARCS projects; and monitors adherence to project requirements, budgets, and procedural standards.

 

In 2005 Andy completed the requirements and earned his Certified Parking Professional (CPP) designation from the National Parking Association.
